Insul-Vest Modulars are made in a range of off the shelf sizes that can be combined to fit any size barrel. Manufactured out of Space-age Technology Fiberlon Fabrics with non-stick Teflon coated surfaces. Molten plastics, drool and purging will not stick to the outer surfaces allowing production to continue with minimal interruptions.

For Nozzle Protection
on Injection Moulders

Purge-Away is the only patented system of protection from drool for plastics injection moulding machines. Constructed of Fiberlon it resists sticking from plastic drool which can easily be removed from its surface. To protect it from plastic drool the front of the Purge-Away is held snug to the nozzle by a mechanical O-ring, sized specifically for your nozzle diameter. An identical system holds the bonnet in place around the barrel.
